Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
